32nd Annual Wisconsin Emergency Medicine Research Forum: oral and poster presentations

Hani I. Kuttab, MD (middle) with two medical students whose research he mentored as part of the UW School of Medicine and Public Health’s Shapiro Research Scholars program.

Congratulations to all faculty, fellows, residents, medical students, researchers and staff who presented at the 32nd Annual Wisconsin Emergency Medicine Research Forum on Thursday, March 7, 2024.

In recognition of the efforts being taken to develop innovative models of care, caring for unique patients, and advancing the specialty through research, the Wisconsin chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians (WACEP) partnered with the Departments of Emergency Medicine at both the University of Wisconsin and the Medical College of Wisconsin to hold its annual Research Forum during the WACEP Spring Symposium, held in Brookfield.

The Research Forum is a one-day, free event open to researchers at all levels and features oral and poster presentations from faculty and learners. It is designed to provide a venue for faculty and learners to present and evaluate research within Emergency Medicine. Discussion follows each research presentation, with interactive audience participation.
