BIOGRAPHY
Apoorva Maru joined the DEM in September of 2017 as an Associate Research Specialist. He graduated from California State University, Fullerton with his bachelor’s in biological sciences and sociology. During his undergraduate study, Apoorva was a supervisor at the Social Science Research Center working on multiple policy-impacting projects ranging from transportation issues to childcare. Outside of work, Apoorva enjoys reading and spending time in nature.
