Jessica Schmidt, MD, MPH, associate professor of emergency medicine and director of global health, has been selected as a reviewer for the Global Emergency Medicine Literature Review (GEMLR), which aims to disseminate high-quality research in the fields of emergency medicine development, disaster and humanitarian response, and emergency care in resource-limited settings.
GEMLR’s editorial board and reviewers are comprised of physicians from across the globe with expertise in international emergency medicine. The organization also supports webinars and other programming for clinicians and learners in global emergency medicine.
