The BerbeeWalsh Department of Emergency Medicine is involved in medical student education at every stage of training at the UW School of Medicine and Public Health. Our ACGME-accredited emergency medicine residency and fellowship programs are part of UW Health’s more than 80 graduate medical education programs.
Learners train alongside experienced faculty in a collaborative environment that emphasizes mentorship, discovery, and excellent patient care. Across our programs, they gain the skills and experience to improve health and lead in emergency medicine.
We’re invested in helping each learner grow into a confident, capable physician.
