Dr. Adam Nicholson is currently the assistant director of medical student education for the University of Wisconsin Department of Emergency Medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine. He then completed his emergency medicine residency training at the University of Michigan where he served as chief resident in his final year. During residency, he completed a Graduate Medical Education Scholars Program in Health Care Administration Scholars Program.
Dr. Nicholson’s professional interests center on medical student and resident education including mentorship, simulation and ways to improve clinical teaching. In his free time, Dr. Nicholson enjoys running, biking, and spending time with his wife and two children.
