Dr. Weitz obtained her medical degree at Trinity College Dublin and completed her emergency medicine residency at Texas Tech. She then pursued her master’s of public health degree at the University of Southern California and is currently an emergency medicine physician and surgical critical care fellow at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics.

Dr. Weitz was born in Seattle but has lived all over the world, including Australia, New York City, Milan, Barcelona, Buenos Aires, Dublin, Fukuoka and Salt Lake City. She is passionate about global health, surgical critical care, animal rehabilitation, and the use of drone technology to support medical practice in low resource settings.
