Dr. Farley completed her emergency medicine residency at the University of Chicago Medical Center after graduating from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. During residency, she was involved in operations, quality improvement, and medical education research, and served as a chief resident during her last year.
Originally from Atlanta, Dr. Farley escaped the heat to join UW for fellowship in administration, quality and leadership. She is particularly interested in patient safety, improving workflows for clinical teams, and increasing resident exposure to operations and QI. In her free time, Dr. Farley enjoys exploring new restaurants with her partner, watching college football, and searching for the best penne alla vodka in the world.
