Dr. Attridge earned her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, where she completed the Training in Urban Medicine and Public Health program. She completed her pediatrics residency at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, including advanced training in health policy, followed by a pediatric emergency medicine fellowship at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and Northwestern University. She also earned a Master of Science in Health Services and Outcomes Research from Northwestern University.

Dr. Attridge’s professional and research interests center on effective and meaningful health care for children, child advocacy, injury prevention, and the social and environmental factors that shape children’s health. She brings these interests to her operational work, with a focus on improving the quality and equity of pediatric emergency care. She is also committed to advocacy education for medical trainees. In her free time, Dr. Attridge enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and their dog, Basil.
