Dr. Lawson earned his medical degree from the University of Vermont Larner College of Medicine and completed his emergency medicine residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics. He continues his training at UW through a retrieval and critical care transport fellowship with UW Health Med Flight.
Dr. Lawson divides his clinical time between the emergency department and Med Flight, practicing in both hospital-based and prehospital settings. His professional interests include emergency care, prehospital medicine, and medical education. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, soccer, golf, canoeing, and spending time with his wife and dog.
