Dr. Genthe grew up in Black Earth, Wisconsin, and has dedicated his career to serving the local community. As Medical Director for District One EMS, he is committed to strengthening the community’s safety net — ensuring that when emergencies occur, both in-hospital and prehospital teams are ready to respond with skill, compassion, and excellence.
