Dr. Dillman started his academic career by completing his undergraduate degree at Wheaton College before attending medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW). He subsequently completed his pediatrics residency at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. He then completed his fellowship in pediatric emergency medicine at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri.

Dr. Dillman’s interests include sedation, ultrasound, and quality improvement within the pediatric emergency department. He is also interested in clinical medical education for trainees and students and serves as a Partner Longitudinal Teacher Coach for the UW School of Medicine and Public Health MD program.

Outside of work, Dr. Dillman enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, outdoor activities on either the snow or water, and DIY home improvement projects.
